November 2014 (London and Hereford) – Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Prospect House, 32 Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4BJ for a total consideration of £3.25M.
Prospect House is prominently located on Sovereign Street adjacent to the Malmaison Hotel. It is less than 200 metres from the railway station, Marriott and Hilton hotels and the headquarters of ASDA Walmart. Prospect House is also close to the main retailing area. Boultbee Brooks Real Estate pre-lets Rivington House, 82 Great Eastern Street, London EC2 to L.K. Bennett

7 November 2014 London/Hereford – Boultbee Brooks Real Estate has announced its agreement to pre-let Rivington House, 82 Great Eastern Street to L.K.Bennett as its new HQ from January 2015.

Rivington House is an eight storey (Basement to 6th) office block located in a prominent location at the gateway to Shoreditch, London’s stylish fashion and TMT neighbourhood. The building, which was formally a garment factory, is an impressive commercial property refurbishment of an existing Victorian yellow brick structure which has been sympathetically extended to create two new spectacular upper levels with external terraces. The property was taken back to the bare Victorian shell prior to being redeveloped to the highest standard including exposed energy efficient services. L.K.Bennett has agreed a 15 year lease with a ten year break on the whole 17,743 sq ft building at a rent equating to £46 psf per annum overall.
