Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) has bought Viewpoint One, Bracknell for an undisclosed figure

January 2016 –  London: Boultbee Brooks Real Estate has purchased Viewpoint One, Bracknell. The 34,100 sqft building is leased short term to IHS and is one of the most prominent buildings in the town situated at the Southern Gateway to Bracknell.
Robert Cannock of Aurum Real Estate who advised BBRE, said: “The purchase of View Point One continues our strategy of acquiring buildings for our retained client with strong property fundamentals, where the asset can be repositioned through active asset management in the short to medium term. We have substantial equity available to commit to such opportunities and are actively seeking further suitable property developments to acquire.”
James Whitcher at BBRE, said: “Bracknell is set to see substantial levels of growth in the next 5 years as the Tech Sector gathers further momentum and the town centre regeneration completes, which will drive increased demand for business space.”
Guy Parkes of RARE added: “The town has strong fundamentals with a combination of a highly quality workforce, lower office overheads, compared to others and great connectivity to London and South East; it’s a premium location without the price tag.”
