Boultbee Brooks Real Estate acquires 32 Sovereign Street, Leeds

November 2014 (London and Hereford) – Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Prospect House, 32 Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4BJ for a total consideration of £3.25M.
Prospect House is prominently located on Sovereign Street adjacent to the Malmaison Hotel. It is less than 200 metres from the railway station, Marriott and Hilton hotels and the headquarters of ASDA Walmart. Prospect House is also close to the main retailing area. It benefits from excellent access to the region’s motorway network with the M1/M621 motorway situated approximately 800 metres south of the property.
Prospect House comprises an attractive former Victorian warehouse totalling 19,000 sq ft over basement to third floors. It was the first serviced office centre in Leeds having been established in 1980.
BBRE managing director Clive Boultbee-Brooks said:
“The location is underpinned by the new build KPMG office development due for completion in Spring 2015, the new 90,000 sq ft Bruntwood scheme directly opposite comprising retail/leisure/office space and a new public realm, and the new southern station entrance within walking distance.”
