Boultbee Brooks Real Estate receives Planning Permission for Noel Street

April 2014 (Hereford and London) – Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE) has been granted full planning permission to  refurbish 2-4 Noel Street, W1, in the heart of London’s lively Soho district. Works will include a new shop front, office entrance and third floor extension.

The refurbishment will offer an additional 755 sq ft of space to the building’s existing 7,000 sq ft, and is due to be completed in November 2014.

The building will be refurbished to provide high quality space across the basement, ground and three upper floors. The basement and ground floor retail unit will comprise 3,564 sq ft gross internal area while the three upper floors of offices will comprise 4,191 sq ft net internal area accessed by a separate entrance at street level.

All the upper floor offices have been pre-let. BBRE will take a portion of the space for its London office. The basement and ground floor retail is still available to lease.
