Boultbee Brook Real Estate acquires Latimer House, Amersham

11 March 2015 (London and Hereford) – Boultbee Brooks Real Estate (BBRE), the UK-based property investor and property developer, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Latimer House, Anglo Office Park, Amersham HP7 9JQ for a total consideration of £5.2M.

The property, located less than a mile to the east of Amersham town centre, provides direct access to Junction 18 of the M25 and junctions 1 and 2 of the M40, and is a short drive from Amersham Rail station and Chalfont & Latimer underground station.

Latimer House is comprised of a modern building arranged over ground and first floors, in two wings, and provides flexible accommodation, allowing a floor to be spilt and part let.

The acquisition of Latimer House is in line with BBRE’s strategy of investing in prime commercial property in sought-after locations and which offer attractive financial returns. Amersham offers excellent connectivity to and many of the same benefits of Central London, but without the price premium.

BBRE Managing Director, Clive Boultbee-Brooks said:

“Amersham and the surrounding area is in high-demand, with its excellent road links and accessibility to Central London on the Chiltern Railway and Metropolitan underground lines. It provides a cost-effective alternative to more central locations, yet with many of the same benefits. We are confident that demand will continue to grow and are pleased to have secured such an attractive property.”

Aurum Real Estate advised BBRE.
