RENEWABLE ENERGY

Big or small, we all have a part to play to help before the damage caused by climate change is irreversible.

Moving into renewable energies is a natural step for us. Our experience negotiating on land deals, legal agreements, and leases marries seamlessly with the expertise of our technology and infrastructure partner Infraland to deliver these ambitious schemes.

The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.

Together we’re working on renewable projects currently in excess of £200m- we currently have solar farm sites across the UK and will continue to invest in, source and develop new ones over the next 5 years.

In tandem with our solar energy projects we're acquiring and developing energy storage facilities. The battery storage modules will allow us to store renewable energy to be released when it's needed creating a resilient and greener smart grid.

These projects will play their part in helping the UK meet its ‘net zero’ target by 2050, which is both urgent and essential. But they also enable us to move towards a ‘closed loop’ approach in our own business, by using our own green energy to power our buildings, and removing the dependance on carbon-emitting suppliers.

To quote Sir David Attenborough, we now need 'a new industrial revolution, powered by millions of sustainable innovations'.

We want to-and can-play our part in this.
